By coincidence I happened to be reading this morning the 6th Detailed Interrogation Report of SS-Stubaf. Dr. Klaus Huegel (taken by the British), dated 27 June 1945. This report deals with RSHA VI activities in Switzerland.

Huegel only mentions - of the three above - Herssche (with two S's - see photo in Mike's picture above):
Hersche: "SS-Obersturmbannführer in the Waffen SS. Was stationed in Berlin, Munich, Bad Tölz. Formerly a Major in the Swiss Army, and one of the leaders of the N.B.S. Fled Switzerland in 1940 or 1941. Lived in Basel."
Huegel knew this much about him though he never met him.

Huegel also mentions these Swiss Waffen-SS officers:

SS-Ustuf. (1944) Dr Heinrich Bueeler (sic), SS-Hauptamt, Germanische Leitstelle.
SS-Hstuf. Alfred Nikles
SS-Ostubaf. Dr. Franz Riedweg
SS-Ustuf. (1944) Dr. Alfred Zander, SS-Hauptamt, Germanische Leitstelle.
