Meisinger Josef, SS-Standartenführer, first Kommandeur der Sicherheitspolizei und des SD für den Distrikt Warschau, sentenced to death in march 1947 for Najwy¿szy Trybuna³ Narodowy,

Riemann Friedrich Wilhelm, SS-Oberscharführer, sentenced to death,

Engels Erich, SS-Hauptsturmführer, sentenced to death,

also in Poland sentenced to death Greiser, Forster, Koch (changed to lifelong prison), Stroop, Hildebrandt, Maurer, Höß, Aumeier, Möckel, Bühler, Fischer and other
SS-Brif. u. Gen. Major d. P. Paul Otto Geibel died for suicide in polish prison.
Of course in Poland sentenced to death many many more poeple!!!

WojtekK -- Do you have any more information on Engels and Riemann? I don't have them in my collection.

As for Moeckel, if you've got any more detailed information than this I'd appreciate hearing about it:

Moeckel, Karl (1901-?) [SS-Oberfuehrer] -- service, concentration camp (Konzentrationslager - KL) Auschwitz 1943 (as head of Administration and Economy Department) {put on trial for war crimes by a Polish court; convicted and sentenced to death 1947; subsequently executed (date unknown) (The Camp Men pps. 161, 287; [email protected]).}

Thanks for that post.Like David i have nothing on Engels and Riemann.

On Mockel i have he joined the ss in 1926 and had the ss number of 908.He served in the Birkenau camp administration between 1943-45.Hanged Montelupich prison Krakow 24th January 1948.

I can add these information:
Möckel was born 9 January 1901, came from Sachsen, he joined early to NSDAP and SS, to 1941 he worked in SS-WVHA. After big conflict with Oswald Pohl in 1941 Möckel transferred to Waffen-SS as common SS-man with SS-rank SS-mann. Next he became SS-Ostubaf. in Waffen-SS. He had wife, he had alcoholism, in spring 1943 he came to KL Auschwitz.

I received info about Erich Engels and his DoB should be 11-9-1908.
But you're saying his DoB was 11-5-1898, could this be wrong???

Engels is born 11 sept 1909 in Tecklenburg.
Dont now where this wrong date came from 11/5/98.
Error from my part.

Thanks for the confirmation, although I think you made a typing-error this time.
According to the DAL-info, which was provided to me by Phil, he was born on 11-9-1908 and
not on 11-9-1909.
