Was also a friend of Seyss-Inquart,he never joined the party till 1938. and said to have been an agent for Heydrich.

Dr Kajetan Mühlmann.
Close to Seyss Inquart. He was Leiter Kunst u Kultur amt next to Rst Ostmark Seyss Inquart. On 1939, he follow him in Poland as leiter Abteilung für Wissenschaft Erziehung u Volksbildung in Amt des GG Polen (of which Seyss was stellvertreter). From 1940 to 1943 he was in charge of "inventory of art treasures and also confiscating jewish owned art treasures in GG administration. On 1943 he worked anew with Seyss Inquart in Holland in the same duties. He also set up an office in Belgium .
