I can't think of any more clues without making it too obvious. At over 300 views and only one suggestion, this one might be a bit too difficult.
It is Heinz Heydrich, the brother of Reinhard Heydrich.
Heinz was a SS-Obersturmführer and was attached to a SS Panzer unit. He was a journalist on 'Die Panzerfaust' publication and killed himself on 19 November 1944.

Sorry, Michal, but you are wrong. It comes from a Heydrich family lot of photos where he is not only identified in Lina's handwriting, but there are other photos of him on the same occasion. I think she knew her own brother-in-law!
