No one hit the bull's-eye, sorry.
It is SS-Of. and Generalmajor z.V. Curt von Einem.
Please, anyone can continue.

Andrey.

P.S.
On my opinion, this "SS ID Quiz" topic has become of no interest and losing popularity to AHF-members...

Sorry, Andrey, but I think you are wrong. There are not so many suggestions when more obscure characters such as your latest (von Einem) are posted. Even the obscure von Einem's photo was looked at over 150 times! This proves it is still popular and regarded as an important research tool on the forum. (Nearly 214,000 views for this thread; among the highest on the whole forum.) Maybe if you posted better known personalities you would see an increase in suggestions and from a wider pool of members rather than a select few. An unusual photo of a well known personality is of far more interest than obscure people such as von Einem who hardly anyone has ever heard of!

I expressed my personal opinion, Dear Max.
I`m "old fox" and I does not see the new participants in discussions in this early popular topic.
Sorry, but I'm not interested discuss photos of very famous SS-members and I'm out of here.
Many thanks!

Andrey.

But Andrey, this thread was introduced as a bit of fun that we could all learn from. It is not meant to be the "playground" of a very select few members experienced in identification. It is also for beginners and new members (Ononefoot39 has only 14 posts and is actively participating). By your last post, it appears that it is YOU who has lost interest in discussing photos of famous SS members and not, as you put it, a "...topic [that] has become of no interest and losing popularity to AHF-members..." That is not an expression of your opinion, but what you perceive to be the opinion of others! I believe you are mistaken and other inexperienced members may well be inclined to participate if this thread were no longer seen as the "playground" for a select experienced few who post obscure personalities.
It is a pity you no longer wish to participate, but if the withdrawal (or at least taking a back seat) of those (including me) who answer most questions would encourage less experienced members to participate, then it can only be for the benefit of the thread. Let's get back to posting questions for a bit of fun and stop using this thread as a kind of example of how clever some of us are.
Sorry to hi-jack your question, Thierry.
Regards,
Max.
