It is von Oberkamp as the new commander of the "Prinz Eugen" Division, with Italian officers in the NDH, July 1943 (he also wears his characteristic light blouse, with a Heer belt).

Regarding the latest question - famous actor Hardy Krüger served in the last SS division (38th, Nibelungen), the same unit von Oberkamp was supposed to command in April 1945.

I'm sure that no one was offended, but simply thought that you confused a photo of an actor wearing an SS uniform with a real SS member (forgetting that the actor actually did serve in the Waffen-SS during the war). I found your question refreshing and also nicely linked with the previous question
