Years ago I read an article about how in the early 1950's there was a custody case involving a boy who had been kidnapped during World War II and given to be "adopted" by a German SS man. The boy's mother was a ex-KZl surviovor in Yugoslavia and the custody was weather the boy should be returned to his mother or allowed to remain with the SS man family in Germany.
How did it turn out?
