Does anyone have a photograph of Daluege's official car, showing the plate "SS-2"?

You sure it wouldn't have been "Pol-1", "Pol-2" or "Pol-3"?

What am I supposed to see in this link? Robin's comment "SS-4 ?

Postby Robin Lumsden on Sat Jul 28, 2007 11:51 am
If.........

SS-1 = Himmler
SS-2 = Daluege
SS-3 = Heydrich.............. "

or Komoran's comment at the end "Even Daluege was using his car with number Pol-3."?

Police license plates were assigned by office such as Pol-2 and Pol-110 that were assigned to the RF-SS and Pol-4 and Pol-111 that went to the Chef d. SIPO u.d. SD according to RdErl. of 5.6.1940. Pol-28 went to Dr. Frank in Prag. Pol-3 on the car carrying Daluege in the photo above was assigned to the Reichsministerium des Innern.

I thought of the first comment. So Daluege never used his car with "SS-2"?

Best!

I am keen on learning something new. An unsupported statement, even by someone with the background of Mr. Lumsden, still leaves me in disbelief, when pictorial evidence shows Daluege in another car. You first wrote "Does anyone have a photograph of Daluege's official car, showing the plate 'SS-2'?" Perhaps he did, but I would like to see some evidence. Has someone found a listing of SS license plates like that of the Ordnungspolizei that I mentioned above?

Hello all

Found a couple of Pictures of Kurt Daluege from his visit in Denmark July 1942 for a meeting between Danish and German police.

Kanstein Waits for him to arrive, and the other Pictures shows his arrival at Kastrup Airport. The last is from the actual meeting.

I have captured the Pictures with the text that belongs to the persons known on the Photos.

Source: http://erez.natmus.dk/FHMbilleder/Site/index.jsp

Search Word: Kanstein or Daluege.

I dont think these Pictures has been shown yet :)

Regards
Kurt
