Who knows anything about this officer?

Bonn suchte den früheren SS-Obersturmführer Heinz Pfanner, 55 -- unter anderem wegen "Tötung mit Vorbedacht" von französischen Militärgerichten 1950 in Abwesenheit zweimal zum Tode verurteilt und heute von der Staatsanwaltschaft Wien wegen Kriegsverbrechen zur Festnahme ausgeschrieben.

I believe he was promoted SS-Ostuf on 1 Feb 1942 serving with the Sipo

I think Petermann was only SS-Stuscha. and I have several to choose from.

Pfanner went to South America after the war - his wife was still corresponding with him in 1969 (Bundesarchiv Ludwigsburg, B162/5063). Must be dead by now or 109 years old.
