Karl-Maria Demelhuber? He was given the rank SS-Standartenführer on Oktober 1st, 1936, and was promoted to SS-Brigadeführer on January 30th, 1940.

Hello! Can anyone recognize this bald SS-Gruf., second from right? Unknown SS-Of. also next to him.
This blurry photo is taken out from the video showing Rauter and some other high officials in Nederland around 1942.

But isn't Otto Bene reached just rank of SS-Brif.? On this video in few scenes it looks like he wears pre-42 SS-Gruf. collar inisgnia.

It's really looks like Bene, just his rank insignia doesn't match... but maybe I'm wrong.

Hi,

Bene uses the old-style SS-Gruf`s. tabs, as a transition from the old version to the new version of the SS-Brif`s. insignia. We have already seen a few of these "Ersatz" examples.

Bene wore honour cross of the german red cross and golden party badge (but he is not alone ).

I don't remember the topic, but just remember that Max wrote about it. Here's an example. Dietrich is already using the new insignia and Schieber still uses Ersatz version.
