Adolf Eichmann ???

Postby Anas sawallha on 17 Oct 2009 09:34

the SS-Gruppenführer in center is identified as Eichmann, but how, Eichmann's last rank was SS-Obersturmbannführer ??
the SS-Gruppenführer on the right could be Udo von Woyrsch ??
and please who are the other officers.

The man is not Eichmann and the other Gruppenfuhrer in leather coat is August Heissmeyer.

You could get a prison sentence for wearing the wrong rank on your uniform.
And by the way, wasn't Eichmann a small guy?

how provocative you are Jimmy. very funny.
but this forum (the best) must be as clear as possible :

This pic was taken between february 1934 and april 1935.

- SS-Gruppenführer Heissmeyer on this picture was F SS-Oberabschnitt Rhein was promoted SS-Gruf on 28.02.1934 and appointed as F. SS-Hauptamt on may 1935.
- Tall guy next to him wear armband with figure "X" which mean SS-Abschnitt X so he is SS-BrigadefÜhrer Eramus Fhr von Malsen Ponickau.

Is not Adolf Eichmann.

AE was a dwarf, the time of this photo AE was SS Scharführer in Berlín, he could be arrested if used other rank, is just an Officer who look like him, nothing more.

Not quite right Phil. It's Heissmeyer, Turner, Malsen Ponickau and Weiss.

thanks both for identification of Rudolf Weiss
Weiss, 3rd Polizeipräsident of Metz, fall in disgrace on september 1944 and was transferred on east front with Dirlewanger Brigade as SS-Ustuf because he left Metz at the beginning of US attacks and was accused of cowardy.
