Otto Lackmann (VoMi-official)

I'm searching for info on a certain Otto Lackmann.
He was a VoMi-official during WW-II and he was most likely employed within the VoMi-department in Belgrade.
In October 1942 he led an SS-commando from Belgrade to evacuate Volksdeutsche from Bosnia.

I just wanna know if he was a member of the SS and if so, hopefully somebody can provide me with some details about him.
