No record on the Degen in the DAL 01.12.1938, but in the Berichtigungsheft vom 15.06.1939 the Ehrendegen was "awarded".

if you had read my previous post you would now the answer. Somewhere between 01.12.1938 an 15.06.1939 he was awarded the Ehrendegen des RFSS.
