From Hermann Historica, I've problems identifying this Pol. RK and photo is a bit unsharp / little to read the name. Many thanks for the help.

I think the pic with the Ritterkreuz is a fake.
There is no Polizei-member with the first name "Rudi" which was awarded with the KC !!
