SS-Untersturmführer Hans Schippers

Hello

I'm looking for infos concerning the role played by SS-Untersturmführer Hans Schippers in Poland during Summer 1942.
According to Seidel (Deutsche besatzungspolitik in Poland, pag. 66), he was Herbert Böttcher' Sportreferent at the SSPF "Radom";
According to Karay (Death comes in Yellow, pag. 35), he was "communications officer".
No doubt for both, that he was heavily involved into the deportation of Jews from the District of Radom, that is, strange enough for being just a "sportreferent".... (maybe a deceptive title?)
