Re: SD-Angehörige
Hi,
SD investigation, where, who, but thinking to be standing there in front of the desk gave me thrill/goose bumps feeling. There is a rifle on the desk, so maybe about a possesion of the gun. The man at right is wearing a cufftitle impossible to recognize.
Any comments'

Re: SD-Angehörige
There is a well-known photo with the Stubaf in the middle.
The cuff title probably says "SD-Hauptamt".

Re: SD-Angehörige
The Stubaf is probably Dr Helmut Bischoff.

Thanks WTW26 and George,
WTW26 do you mean this photo? In this topic he was neither recognized surely. I was looking Helmut Bischoff pictures in google, but nothing came out. It seems that he didn´t like cameras too much. Smart guy This other photo must be taken in the very same occasion. Good collection of arms for civilians. I wonder what is the weapon/thing between the pistol and rifle. Source: AHF,

Re: SD-Angehörige
Photo of Bischoff you can find in F.MacLean "The Field Men".
It's pre-war photo from his SS or RuSHA file.

Re: SD-Angehörige
Are you sure it's SS-Sturmbannführer und Regierungsrat Dr. jur. Helmut BISCHOFF?
Perhaps it's SS-Sturmbannführer und Regierungsrat Dr. jur. Bernhard BAATZ...

Re: SD-Angehörige
The cufftitle could also be "Grenz Polizei" usually worn with a piped "SD" raute ? I have never seen a SD diamond worn with a
SD -Hauptamt cufftitle.
SD -Hauptamt cufftitle.
Re: SD-Angehörige
Yes, it might be.
Re: SD-Angehörige
Guys,
I think he uses empty cuff-title for the staff of SD-Oberabschnitte and SD-Unterabschnitte. In Robin Lumsden's "SS Regalia" you can find the unreduced picture. And his cuff-title clean.
Edit: Oops, you discussed Ustuf. and my opinion for Stubaf..
Best wishes

Re: SD-Angehörige
Hi Guys
The photo posted by 'cannoncocker' shows 4 men stood around a vehicle.
Can anyone ID them especially the one without the helmet.
The photo looks similar to others I have seen so are they from a set maybe.
Many thanks
