Maybe someone who has John's Führerliste can tell us what date he has written down. Because it looks like we have to different DoB's for this person.

Radevich, can you tell me when this 3. Kriegs-Reserve-Junker-Lehrgang took place??? I know the 3. Kriegs-Junker-Lehrgang took place between 1-4-40 and 31-7-40 but I assume the Reserve-Lehrgang didn't took place at the same time....
Thanks for posting all this here, it's always interesting to check things out further.

I've just looked up something on the internet about this Lehrgange and I ended up on a site where some documents have been posted by John Moore. Most likely Radevich got his info about this Lehrgange at this site.
Phil, please take a look at the following link, http://www.feldgrau.net/forum/viewtopic ... 42&t=30416 , and when you look at the second posted document you'll see that after Drab's name the DoB is given as 4-7-09.

In the second document at this site, http://www.feldgrau.net/forum/viewtopic ... 42&t=30416 , Willy Janutta is mentioned as being part of SS-Totenkopf-Ausbildungs-Ersatz-Abteilung(at least that's what I make from SS-T.A.E.A.). Does someone knows this unit since I'm not familiar with it. And what rank did he held before he was send to the 3. KRJL at Bad Tölz???
