Bauleitung der Waffen-SS und Polizei Flandern

I’m looking for information about the Bauleitung der Waffen-SS und Polizei in the occupied area Belgien/Nordfrankreich. This Dienststelle existed in 1943-1944 and was first officially called ‘SS-Baudienststelle Flandern’, later ‘Bauleitung der Waffen-SS und Polizei Flandern’
This Dienststelle was in 1943 under the command of a Breitenbach, in 1944 under the command of an SS-Obersturmführer Appelt.
