Member of SD in France , SS-Ustuf. Karl Bolz

I am searching for informations about the brother of my Grandmother, Karl Bolz , killed by the resistance August 1944 in France. He was born 16.12.1901. He was Kriminalsekretär in the rank of an SS-Ustuf. (SD)

There was a Karl Bolz as member SD Belfort could this be the right men ?

Karl Bolz of Kripo Karlsruhe was promoted Kriminalsekretär (from Kriminal Oberassistant) in mid 1942 (announced in BBL - Befehlsblatt des Chefs des RSHA - 29/42).
His death on Sipo/SD Einsatz in Aug 1944 was announced in BBL 45/44.

Dear All, thank you for these informations . Karl Bolz was born and lived near Karlsruhe . So SD Belfort might be correct . Many Gestapo and SD staff from Baden were sent to the occupied Alsace by Robert Wagner. Karl Bolz died without having children , his widow died in the early 1970. In the family he was remembered as " policeman " , until I found a hidden image of him in the SS Ustuf uniform. He was a kind of persona non grata . All members of my family who knew more about him, are dead.
If you have more information about him, your help will be much appreciated.
