SS Junkerschule Graduation Ceremony

Were graduation ceremonies for those SS Oberjunkers to SS-Untersturmfuhrer of both schools held at the same time and place? Were all pre-war ceremonies held in the Reichs Chancellory with Hitler in attendance? The reason I ask is that I have seen a photo that identifies SS-Oberjunkers being promoted to SS-Untersturmfuhrer in Vienna during the Anschluss (March 1938). Were some units from the SS-Schules used in the occupation force? Thanks
