How to read SS-Stammkarte?

I have obtained an SS man Stammkarte copy and would like those here with more experience to help me understand it.

SS Usharf as of 1.11.34 Franz Stalinsky. On line 11 (Wehrnummer) is written "Stab Art. Rgt. 13/07/25/65"

later on line 28 (Stamm-Einheit) is written "3/SS-Ausb. Rgt. Prag" then below "2.2.43"

Do I understand correctly that he was on the Artillery staff of various regiments (13, then 07, then 25, then 85 and then was in a training regiment? Where might I find info on the various artillery regiments? Thank you.
