Stubaf. Ernst Lock - The Man Who Never Was
I know that many of you rely on what you believe to be the accuracy of DALs. Take a close look at item 3512 from the SS-Obersturmbannführer - SS-Sturmbannführer DAL from October 1944. Ernst Lock never existed!! Anyone care to solve this mystery?

What makes you say he never existed?
Re: Stubaf. Ernst Lock - The Man Who Never Was
Is it a spelling mistake John, a variation on Lock ?

That is quite possible Joe. The Hauptamt SS-Gericht is reported to have maintained a special building at Dachau just for delinquent SS members where they could reflect on their unsatisfactory behavior.
