Thanks for your confirmation that these are two different persons indeed. And thanks for the extra info. Does the DAL tells you anything more about these men, like their service in the Allgemeine-SS and awards??
Thanks Radevich for this info, I didn't searched for them myself on the VDK-site yet. So it looks like they both were killed at the front. And when the Volksbund is correct, they both served in the Wehrmacht, Herbert as an NCO and Harry as an Officer.
And if the Volksbund is correct, they both also were born on the same day in the same city. So could it happen that they were twins????

The Data comes from 1938 DAL and that was the last DAL that showed every Officer so the ObersturmfÚhrer and Ustf are not shown againMikedc wrote:Hello Phil,
