It is Schmundt on the left but I don't think it is Baum in the center as he was SS-Sturmbannführer from 3.3.41 and Schmundt was promoted to Generalmajor on 1.1.42(RDA 1.1.41).
As I see it the SS officer has the rank of SS-Obersturmführer on his shoulder.
