In Peter Witte and Stephen Tyas' "Himmlers diary 1945" i found on page 59 the mentioning as Himmler as "Representative of the Führer for special transfers" - what was the german title for this post and for which period of time did Himmler hold it?

You should PM 'Steve248' directly or better still he will answer it for us all here !
Re: Representative of the Führer for special transfers
Having got the copy of the book out and looked at the question here is the answer:
The reference for the quotation that contains the phrase Himmler "... in his capacity as Representative of the Führer for special transfers" is UK National Archives.
The reference HW 1/3521, is the daily synopsis of decoded German Enigma signals given to Prime Minister Churchill every day by the head of SIS. These messages are translated into English by Bletchley Park translators or SIS translators and the German original is not available. We were therefore faced by an unknown title for Himmler in English which we did not wish to mis-translate into German. I don't think there was a later message cancelling this appointment
That is the only explanation I can give.
(You also sent me the same request as a PM but this will answer that.)
