Could the SS officer be Walter Darré?

I believe the 3rd & 4th photos are of Fritz Reinhardt. He was also one of the opening speakers at the Party Rally the year before.

I also think the second photo is Darré. It's not the same person as in the first photo (Dr. Dietrich).

I`m totally agree with this.
In all these photos is not present Walter Darré, even if you really want to he was there.
It is Dr. Otto Dietrich.

I can confirm...1st and 2nd photo shows Otto Dietrich and 3rd and 4th shows Fritz Reinhardt.

I considered the organisation of the 7th Party Rally of the NSDAP 1935.
On the sunday evening 4 leaders spoke :
Reichspressechef Dr Dietrich, Hauptdienstleiter Reinhardt Reichsarbeitsführer Hierl and Hauptamtsleiter Ludovici

Darré spoke some days sooner with Reichsleiter Rosenberg and Hauptamtsleiter Dr Wagner.

So I must consider you are right.
