SS-Ostuf. Dr. Böhmer and Stubaf. Rauch (?)

Looking for help identifying two SS officers.
The first is Ostuf. Dr. Böhmer. In the 1939 DAL it lists Dr. Anton Böhmer and Karl Böhmer. I think Anton was already a Hauptstuf. by December 1940, but am not sure. Or it's possibly Rudolf Böhmer?

The second officer reads something like Stubaf. Rauch (?).
