Unknown SS Unit

Gentleman,
I bought an SS post card, unfortunately I can not quite make it out as to unit or town. I contacted the German Military Archives a year ago with a request to see if this soldier lived through the war with no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Looks like 1/SS fus? Batt, Nord "Wohlam? ostgrd?
