Hans Fischböck Kriegsverdienstkreuz: 1. Klasse ohne Schwerter

In a letter from the 3. Februar 1942, the Chef of the Präsidialkanzlei des Führers und Reichskanzlers, Meissner wrote the following: "…Der Führer hat dementsprechend zunächst die Verleihung für Dr. Fischböck und Schmidt vollzogen…".

Fritz Schmidt was indeed awarded the "Kriegsverdienstkreuz 1. Klasse ohne Schwerter" as of 30.01.1942, but there is no record of this award for Fischböck in the DAL 1944.

Any confirmation?.

Who has some more info an this man's parents?. I know this: "Einziges Kind des späteren Senatspräsidenten des Obersten Gerichtshofes Dr. Hanns Fischböck (gest. 02.02.1938 Wien)". Any info on his mother?.
