I would like to know:
1) When he joined the SS and NSDAP
2) His career between April 1937 and December 1940
3) His career with the "Wiking" Division
4) How come he moved from "Wiking" to "Das Reich" and from an infantry unit to a tank unit? Surely he must have undergone tank training?
5) His career between April 1942 and February 1943
6) His career between November 1943 and May 1945, particularly his role at SS-Junkerschule "Tölz"

2) CO of 14./"Germania" Sep 1940 - (Jun 1941). Succeeded Rudolf Lehmann.
5) CO of 1./SS-Panzer-Regiment 2 Apr 1942 - Jun 1942. Succeeded by Herbert Kuhlmann.

I have found the following info about "Hans Ziebell": Kommandierung zum 1. SS–Panzer–Division „Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler“, vorgesehen für Generalstabsausbildung: 02.02.1944 (mit Wirkung vom 10.01.1944).
Is this Hans-Georg Ziebell ?
