Who was this SS-Hstuf. that was involved in the drinking sessions of Kleinheisterkamp & Kunstmann which led to much ado by RFSS?

Yes.

He and SS-Stubaf. Kunstmann became drunk at an officers party on 23.8.1942 and become embroiled in an argument with a military official.
Both officers were transferred to new posts, paid the taverns damages from their own pockets and SS-Stubaf. Kunstmann accepted a two year alcohol ban.

This is what I have in my Nord Führerliste for Zentgraf. Stuart, do you have any more amplifying information on him? Or this incident?

Hi Tom,

The drunken argument occurred between SS-Stubaf. Kunstmann and a military official named Milstus Kanschan on 23.8.1942.
From a short report, Zentgraf appears to have been more of a spectator. Removed from his post as Chefrichter des Gericht der SS-Div. "Nord" on 23.8.1942, this was probably done on the grounds of behaviour unbecoming an SS-Richter in the eyes of the Gerichtsherr.
He received no other sanction for this incident and was promoted in November 1943.
