SS-Sturmbannführer Kurt Wahl

Hello Forum.
I wonder if someone could confirm if the SS-Sturmbannführer Kurt Wahl won the DKiG, please.
He is not listed in "Das Deutsche Kreuz 1941-1945" by Patzwall / Scherzer.
He is not shown as a winner of the DKiG in the thread Awardholders / unit (http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4033), so I assume that he is not listed in "Die Träger des Deutschen Kreuzes in Gold (Kriegsmarine, Luftwaffe, Waffen-SS)" by Horst Scheibert, although I could be wrong about this point.

However I see him listed as a DKiG winner in:
