I was going through some of the National Archive Hoffman images and came across this photograph. It is presumably from the November, 1933 Munich Putsch Anniversary march. On that particular march it was noticeable that for once Grimminger did not carry the flag but was just a member of the colour party. Can anyone identify the two other men men behind Streicher? It might go some way to suggest a reason for Grimminger's role on this occasion.
Those who study regalia might also be interested in Grimminger's unusual practice of wearing two armbands.
