Hi all,
This picture was printed in Meyer's Grenadiere IIRC, date given was 28.05.43 birthday of Dietrich.
I could already identificate a few officers, but still many are missing. I hope anyone can help to update / correct the information.

Okay, here is how Hebert Walther identifies them in his book "Die Waffen-SS":
1.: Ewert
9.: Bludau
11.: Siebken
13.: not Mohnke
18.: Hubert Meyer
19.: Maaß
20.: Bernhard Krause
24.: Heinz von Westernhagen (Kommandeur of Sturmgeschütz-Abteilung and later of schwere SS-Panzerabteilung 101/501
26.: Günther (Sturmgeschütz Kommandant and later Tiger Kommandant)
27.: Rudolf Lehmann (--> if 16 is Albert Frey then he has two numbers: 16 and 27 directly on his face, so the 31 is the man behind/above Lehmann who stands behind Frey, next to Günther!)

Hi Panzerass,
Thanks for the additional information.
24 can indeed be Heinz von Westernhagen, although I had the impression the head of v. Westernhagen was sharper.
I'm still not satisfied with 26. Why would Günther as a StuG.Kdr get invited on the birthday party of Dietrich keeping in mind that most of these officers on the picture were Btl.Kdrs or Stabofficers. Still think he looks like Peiper.
Thanks for the input!
Cheers

That's Alfred Günther allright.
You can clearly see he's wearing a Hauptscharführer's collar patch plus I don't think there's any resemblance with Peiper or Kuhlmann (who BTW had to wait another year to receive the RK).
Günther was a RKT so I guess this was good enough reason for the invitation to Sepp's birthday party.
