Who to ask
Hello;
Try asking the Arndt publishers who did the book, or the son of Walter Frentz who looks after his fathers archive of photographs, I heard he vigourously sues anyone using the images for commercial purposes without prior written agreement. [Bit like TIME magazine I guess.]
Personally I just thinkit is useful and polite to give credit for a picture if at all possible, that's all. Of course, this is not always possible! Specially for PK pictures for example...
Kind Regards

Brandt
This particular picture was given to me by an old collector some years ago at a flea market in London. He said that he had acquired it at a militaria fair. I no longer have it, having lost it along with numerous other photos during a messy divorce! As far as I recall, it was a modern reprint photograph. All I have now is a computerised copy. I have now checked the image in the book mentioned and it does appear to be the same. Luckily, the copy I had was never used for commercial purposes and I will not be using the computer image for similar purposes. I would also request that any person seeing this image on this website also respect the rights of the owner of the original or their agents.
