Here's a good picture of him .
I still think it can be Pitschellis , the same caracteristics in his face and same awards.

Malkomes is out, I'm afraid. He never served with "Totenkopf", whereas the unidentified officer clearly wears the Totenkopf patch on his right collar. Also, Malkomes did not have the Allgemeines-Sturmabzeichen; as the picture shows, he had the Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen in Bronze. Finally, Malkomes already had the Ritterkreuz when promoted to SS-Hstuf. d. R. (again, as verified by the picture). Lastly, the "Totenkopf" Hstuf. appears to where the silver or gold wound badge; Malkomes, at least according to documents in his SS-Personalakte, only had the black (but that doesn't rule out the possibility he received a higher grade by war's end).

The basics on Malkomes:

Hans Malkomes

The DKG-holder is SS-Hauptsturmführer Friedrich Zipp.
Best wishes,

Hello,

That's a long time I was looking for the confirmation of this identification.
Personally, I leaned to Pitschellis as awards and another picture of him in profile matched

Marten,
Can you give the elements that give you the certainty that it's Freidrich Zipp ? His personal file from John Moore's CD contains only 2 pages (Stammkarte).
I don't t know another picture of him to compare.

Regards
Patrick

Agreed, my error, after comparing the 4 images I have of Zipp. Though none of mine are in Pz uniform, they are without headgear to see the match. As Kp Chef of 1.(sfl)/SS-Panzerjäger Abteilung 3 he could wear either uniform. Full image shows same awards.
