I'm a bit confused about the name:
Robert Kempner spelled the name "Bogner" in his book "SS im Kreuzverhör" (p. 149) the photo obviously shows the same man as Max's photo.
Which spelling is correct?

A few more photos of Boger: one wartime photo and the others taken somewhat later. The two drawings are so-called "testimonial pictures" on display at the Auschwitz Museum. Both are inmate impressions of Boger and his behavior in the camp. (All images from: http://www.gfh.org.il/ )

This is reportedly Boger, although the rank is considerably higher (maybe it is a misidentified photo. Source alleges it is Boger.)
