Taken at SD school Avemoor 1.2.44
1st Row Cornadis van Geelkeren, Seyss-Inquart,Himmler,Mussert, Rauter,Demelhuber, Erich naumann
2nd Row Rost van Tonningen, Gottolb berger, De Blocq van Scheltinga, Johannes Feldmejer, unklnown , C.J.HUygen stands behind Tonnigen with A.J.Zondervan behind him
Does anyone know any more

Are you sure that the man in the front row on the extreme right is Erich Naumann? He does not look similar to the picture from http://www.olokaustos.de

Naumann it is - undoubtedly. There is a strong resemblance, IMHO, between the man in Phil's photo and the one you've posted.
