But could you give me the date when the three soldiers above were given the award (this could be seen at a picture where Krüger gives it to them) ?

Let it be, i have found the date.

Krüger awarded Kaiser, Worthmann, Stadler and Weiss on 20.04.1943.
This was the date that i was looking for

According to my information it's Hans Pavelka not Claudius Rupp, Rupp received his DK in the end of war.

I found this on thephora.net, alledged to by a Tychsen tunic from his quarters at Dachau, please can anybody tell me which book this is from, I have missed this one and need to get a copy.
