Who knows these officers????

#1

Post by Mikedc » 03 Oct 2004, 14:42

Dear forummembers,

Recently I did found a PDF-file on the internet containing a large list with names from different sS-officers. Probably alot of you are familiar with this list, it's from Stenger Historica. On this list alot of names I already have on my own files or to be found in one of the books I've.

But alot of other names are not in my files, not mentioned in the books I've, not mentioned on this forum and not to be found on the internet.

So therefor I address myself to you all, maybe somebody can give me some more info about the following names. What I'm searching for are DoB, short careerinfo, ranks, party- and SS-number and DoD.

Torstein Aakervik
Kurt Abramowski
Werner Albrecht
Paul Adams
Hans Albers
Artur(or Arthur)Albrecht
Paul Albrecht
Richard Albrecht
Dr. Bernhard Allerberger
Hans Allerkamp
Hans Alofs
Jakob Alt
Johannes Alt
Leonid Altosaar
Anton Altrichter
Arthur Amend
Otto Andernach
Bernhard Anders
Otto Anglewitz
Arthur Apler
Alfons Arnold
Kurt Asmus
Ludwig Auerbach
Friedrich Auerhammer
Friedrich Augustini
Karl Aurich(born 12-1-1898)
Dr. Karl Aurich(born 6-12-1903)
Konrads Azorskis-Azauckis

Any help is welcome and if somebody has a photo from one of the officers mentioned in this list, that's welcome as well. But general info is what I'm looking for so if some of you can provide me with that, I would be real gratefull.

With kind regards,
Mikedc

Dear HM and Iltis,

Thanks for the info, means a great deal to me. I don't need real big files on every SS-officer but knowing almost nothing is also no option.
And what you both gave me was really good stuff, much appreciated.

And for Iltis, regarding J. Moore's 'Führerliste' CD's, I don't have the money to buy them, at least not now. Maybe I can buy them next year or so but until then I've to rely on the kindness other forummembers are willing to give. So I really appreciate any help you can give me and if you have something, I hope you want to share it with me.

Greetings,
Mikedc

Torstein aakervik was my grandfather, and a great man. He was not a Nazi rather an anti communist.

The man shaking Adolf Wagner's hand...isn't that camp commander Loritz, the man who helped train Rudolf Hoess? Awesome photo.

Hi,

Augustini is wearing a armbadge/sleeve diamond with unusual big skull, is that some of the early models, or something else. Do somebody have a picture of it. It doesnt appear in Bender s or Mollo s books.
Thanks in advance.

Cheers
Arto
