There is a well known picture showing Speer; Hitler; and Arno Breker standing before Eifel tower in PAris. Breker is wearing SS insignia.
What was Breker rank/SS# /NSDAP #?

I don't think that is SS insignia he's wearing.

It appears to be a Heer eagle (it looks to have angled wing ends rather than pointed) but certainly has an SS totenkopf. Perhaps this cap was borrowed to make Breker 'fit in' with the military theme ... Speer's in uniform which at that time he often wasn't ... perhaps there's a reference to the occasion in 'Inside the IIIrd Reich' ?

Its skull and cross bones of SS totenkopf. But like Ian said more than likely borrowed for effect.
