First question: ? was Himmler left or right handed? ( 2 diff photos shooting left and right hand)
second question.
?Whats mean infamous? related to Gudrum,
is she guilty ?
what were her crimes?

There's a picture of him using a pen with his right hand so he must have been right handed but shoots with the left hand or he must have been ambidextrose (Did I get the spelling right?).

It is not uncommon, as example, to write with the right hand and shoot with the left, or vice versa. If the shooter has one weak eye the shooter will hold the weapon to favor the stronger - dominant eye in order to better aim the weapon.

That's right. I myself write with my right hand and fire a gun with my left.

Unusual Himmler Photos

Postby Lebensbornagain » 26 Oct 2006 03:08

I have to agree that the photos ARE unusual because I don't believe most of us have seen them before. I do have a VERY unusual photo of him in my private collection that shows him skateboarding, with his hat on sideways. I won't post it because I feel it's too sexy. The thoughtful individual who used vulgar language calling him an "a__hole" probably landed on this forum by mistake and would most likely feel more comfortable on the Red Front forum. You can't say I don't have feelings. While few would doubt the other fellow who reminded us about the horrible things that happened under him, the Reichsführer undoubtedly would have suggested he'd do well to join a monastery.

I feel that this is an unusual photo, in that it includes, not only Himmler's daughter, but also Karl Maria Willigut, the Totenkopfring designer. Seems that photos of him are scarce.

The photo was given to me by Don Boyle. Here is another from the same gathering.

I think it's possible that he was doing marksmanship with both hands to become proficient. I am Military Police and the pose he is using is very common when on the range, and yes, we have to shoot with both hands! So it is probably not so unusual.
