Someone in Germany by that name wrote a book about the world-political situation under colonial criteria in 1935
and also 'Deutsch-Südwest als Heilstätte. Plan eines Lungensanatoriums in Windhuk'in the Deutsche Kolonialzeitung. Must be connected as they are 2 published itmes about colonial power in the world in the inter war years.. BUT - was this the same person..?

would you have pics (especially in his SS uniform), details of promotions, medals, etc. Even pre and post war activities (if any) would be welcome.

Title sheet somewhat presses; Verf. was principal establishment conductor in the colonial pole. Office of the NSDAP. Is attached: ders. and Artur Stegner: Fight for German habitat. A colonial-political view. 1932 - listing the publications and their condition. It appears to come from a book dealers site I also looked upon. [I editted it]
Pictures of this officer I am afriad I do not have, and infomation seems to be thin on the ground - best of luck though!

indeed I tried to present the original title of this book and in a hurry I made this silly post. I'll be more careful in the future.
