This is what I've on him. And thanks for the nice photo, can't recall I already had one from him.
Born: 15-8-1904 in München.
Joined the Bavarian Police in 1923.
From 1932 on he worked within the Politische Abteilung.
Became a member of the SS in May 1933.
In 1937 he became a member of the NSDAP.
SS-Sturmbannführer.
First he was Kriminalrat, later on he became a Kriminaldirektor.
In July 1940 he became chief of Referat IV-E(contraspionage)within the Staf from the BdS in the Netherlands.
After WW-II he was aquitted and he became Oberregierungsrat in Bavaria.

Hi Mikedc. Glad you like it I have had this picture for a number of years but as an ex soldier in them days I moved around a lot hence I lost the info. Actually your info is more than I had so thanks for that.
I am sure I have some pictures of Abwehr Officers who served in Holland I will look them out and get back to you.

Kriminalrat Schreider was indeed one of the key figures in the so-called Englandspiel (March 1942). Here is a photo of him in court with agent-provocateur Anton van der Waals (left). jv
