Soobzokov

Tscherim Soobzokov who appears on the first page emigrated to the USA in the 1950s.
He was later investigated by OSI for crimes committed in the Soviet Union. Nothing was
ever proved but Soobzokov was assassinated by a bomb in 1985 at his New Jersey home.

Interesting to mention that this document is also signed by SS.Ostuf. Arndt Fischer, former adjutant of I./SS.Pz.Rgt.1 LSSAH.

He got severly wounded during the Ardennes campaign and served inside the Reich as Führer der 2.Ausbildungskompanie till April 1945.

Wow, very interesting lists.
Thanks for posting these lists logibear64.

But what are they, are they Russians, Latvians, or otherwise?????
And where they all in the army from their homecountry before entering the Waffen-SS???

Anyone who can tell me more about these men is welcome to do so, for me they're all unknown.
And I'm almost sure that almost none of them appears in my files(that also consists of a large number
of foreign SS-officers).

Greetings,
Mike

The list of all Waffen-führer with date of promotion and unit of assignment. This list is a mixture of ethnic groups and formations. There are other lists in which about 90% are Latvians or Estonians. This is on of the more diverse ones.

Hello logibear62,

Thanks for the explanation. And I know about the Latvians and Estonians.
I do visit the collaboration-section of this forum frequently as well and I already have quite a number of officers
that are coming from Estonia or Latvia. Also on the internet there's enough to find about these countries.
But I checked my files and around 90% of the names in these two lists of your are indeed totally new for me.

So therefor I already thank David who gave us this nice and usefull info about Lupé.
If somebody has some info on the other officers mentioned in these two lists, hopefully they're willing to share that info
with us.

Thanks,
Mike

I regret to say the imperfection is in the original document. Since I did not copy the entire roll it is possible the names are clearer elsewhere. However, earlier lists that I have do not list either names with similar birthdates and first names.

I understand and it's no big deal, was just asking.

But some less names in my files will make no big difference, it's already an almost
impossible task so I take what I can find.

Thanks for your efforts.

Hello Thierry,

Thanks for this great bio, although it's in French language. Will be hard for me to translate to Dutch language but to make my file about this officer a bit more complete I'll surely try.

And I wanna thank Panzermahn also for the additional info and of course for the great picture, this is really nice.

Still I have some questions for logibear64 regarding list number two.
There are some unitnames I can't read that well, hope you can help me with it.
With Jon Baciu it's Waffen-Gren. Rgt. ?????
With Janis Cintinsch it's SS-Gren. A.u.E. Btl. ????
With Stefan Cojocaru it's Waffen-Gren. ??????
With Achmet Dikajew it's ??????
With Clement Dornier it's ??? Waffen-Gren. Div. der SS

Thanks,
Mike
