According to DAL, 01.10.1944 Radunski was SS-Ostubaf. (F) and "Führer beim Hauptamt Volksdeutsche Mittelstelle" (Main Office for Repatriation of Ethnic Germans).
According to http://www.karawankengrenze.at he was head of the Centraldepartment, Hauptamt Volksdeutsche Mittelstelle.

Here are three more photos. Gunther Reinicke was an SS Oberfuehrer who testified at Nuremberg but I would like a bio on him. I am not certain if the other two were members of the SS so help appreciated here.

your spot on after comparing this picture with the one I have, he was 20.04.1941 SS-Oberführer. The supposed promotion(Antrag 13.12.1944) didn't occur.

I cannot find an officer G Reinicke .Is it possible the name tag is wrongly spelt and it is actually Dr Gunther Reinecke Here is a poor early pic of him
