What Patch is this??? HELP

Hi all, I thought it could be navy but im not sure... is it WWII and what uniform would it be worn on? Thanks.

It's a cloth-version of a Qualified Submariner's Badge- normally called "Submariner's Dolphins" for obvious reasons- this version is for the "denim" shirt, duty /work uniform....and dates from probably the 1960s thru "current" issue....if it's all synthetic, all printed, with "Iron On" glue on the back....it's more modern (looks like it is)....probably 3 for $3.00 at the Navy Exchange (PX).
