Tripartite Pact Members

This is probably a stupid question, but that has never stopped me before...

The major signatories of the Tripartite Pact were Germany, Italy, Japan. I've also read that they included Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary.

My question is what nations were actually part of the Tripartite Pact?
I can't really trust wikipedia since they listed Manchukuo, Thailand, and the Nanking Regime as signatories. The sources they listed seem iffy at best.

I noticed this in Wikipedia as well. I'm almost certain Thailand avoided signing the Tripartite Pact, but I can't dig up the reference in my library readily. Anyone got some good sources on this (either way?)

P.S. It goes without saying, but Wikipedia itself is never a good source...
