Hi,
Do you have any information about photo? To me it looks like pre-war photo. The officers left to right: Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, Unknown (Romanian), Romanian, Spanish, Hungarian (Or Austrian?) and Germany.

Re: Unknown officers and generals
Hi,
I disagree. The officer (second on the right) is a Finnish Colonel.

Re: Unknown officers and generals
Exactly. He's Colonel Walter Horn, who was the Finnish military attache in Berlin in 1940-44. Col Horn was also accredited to Hungary and probably also to Romania.Hi,

Re: Unknown officers and generals
I checj this photo I've got from editor-in-chief Polish quarterely "Glaukopis" - this photo was in papers of unknown German soldier, which was found in Poznan (earlier Posen). Mostly of them regarding Ostfront. This was only one prewar photo in this collection.
Re: Unknown officers and generals
The Finnish Colonel Walter Horn arrived in Berlin 5 April 1940, and moved to Budapest 24 October 1942, why the photo was taken between these dates. If the photo was taken during a miltary attache trip in 1940, Horn' s Soviet colleague should also be in the photo!

Excellent. Thanks! OrlovCF Geust wrote:The Finnish Colonel Walter Horn
