Regimental names

#1

Post by tyskaorden » 23 Apr 2010, 00:17

I found in Janusz Piekalkiewicz Book The Cavarly of World War II the names of the four Hungarian Hussar Regiments. Perhaps some one can help with with the names of Infantry Regiments and other units, I have found that the 1st Infantry Regiment carried the name of Maria Theresia is that correct?

The Hussar Regiments are given in the Book as:

1st Franz Josef Jasig-Kuman Regiment.
2nd Prince Arpad Hussar Regiment.
3rd Count Ferenc Nadasy Hussar Regiment.
4th Count Andreas Hadik Hussar Regiment.
